I think this question goes back to the myth from the 90's about people going to raves and getting stuck with needles with notes on them saying, "Congratulations. You've just entered the world of AIDS." I highly doubt people go to raves and do that. Although anything is possible, I honestly think people go to raves to have "fun" (meaning drop E). If you do drugs and make bad choices, like having unprotected sex, then you are just playing with fire. But if you are going to a rave for the music and to dance, no drugs, you will be just fine.

Unless you engage in dangerous behavior, they would not be dangerous. If you get drunk and sleep with total strangers, then yes, you run a risk of STD's including AIDS, pregnancy, loss of self respect, loss of reputation, etc.

from the rave itself? possibly broken bones and hallucinations,,,but aids? i cant see how.
