I've had sporatic episodes of delirium and was wondering if I have to be in delirium in order to be diagnosed. Or can I recover and then go see a doctor for diagnosis for my prior episode.

i dont smoke, drink, or ever have taken any drugs. my iron was a little low so i am now taking iron pills. my first baby was over 8lbs, this baby is now only 3lbs and i have 2 months left in my pregnancy. do i have to have the baby early, at such a low weight or can i wait til full term. i am at bedrest now for 2 weeks and have a very important job i need to go to. i will do whatever it is needed to have a healthy baby but cant see any reason for being high risk other than the weight right now of the baby. i am told i am very healthy and so is baby.

I just looked in the mirror and my eye has a pink swollen ring around it. It itches a little bit, but not much. I don't wear contacts. I'm not sure if it's pink eye or not. If it is, what would be a good and quick way of getting rid of it? How long does it take to heal by itself?

I am a bipolar male in my 40s taking lithium and seroquel (or zyprexa). When I eat a vegetarian diet for more than a few days I get rapidly escalating symptoms of med side effects. I imagine this is a fat ratio problem, but I don't know. Any clues on where to look would be helpful.

My wife is suffering from Chronic fatigue syndrome from 10 yrs. She gets chills/rigors everyday between 6pm and 8pm. But no fever. Along with the chills she has nausea or she throws up. The more the nausea the more she has chills and if she throws up, the chills are very severe. Sometimes she feels feverish when she has chills but rarely is there any fever.

Today I had, at work, what I believe to be an "optic nerve" migraine. I had no pain whatsoever but all of a sudden I experienced a strange sensation in my left eye. One side of it became distorted with blurry, colored lines. They were reds, blues, and yellows and sort of zig-zaggy in the left half of my eye. It became increasingly worse, so much so that I couldn't really see out of that eye. I took some aspirin and it only lasted about 30 minutes. There was no pain involved but it sure was strange. I researched it a bit on the internet and it seems to be called "migraine with aura." I have had it happen to me before and feel fairly certain that it is quite common and nothing too serious.

Has anyone else had a similar experience?

She is considering moving from the Northeast to a warmer climate, just because of her disease. I've read that warm baths and warm temperature can cause relapses by decreasing nerve function. But cold temperatures can increase spaciticity. I'm confused...please help!!!
