my dog had that . the vet told me that if i wanted i could get pills from her for my dog. she then told me the pills don't do much and that there is no cure.
what i did was build a heated dog house and let my dog sleep outside that way she could have all the water she wanted and pee anytime she wanted. i still took her for walks and all and i think she was happier outside so she didn't have to hold it.
to the best of my knowledge there is nothing you can give you dog to help . all you can do is let you dog drink all the water she wants and let her out often

There are no home treatments for Cushings. But I worked for a vet and have seen animals do amazing while being treated (treatment will be for the rest of their life usually). Unfortuantly the medication that is most commonly used (Lysodren aka mitotane) is very expensive. And usually cost prohibative for most people if they have a large breed. I have mostly seen poodles and other small breeds treated.

Yes, as prescribed by a vet. Home cure? NO.
