My wife is suffering from Chronic fatigue syndrome from 10 yrs. She gets chills/rigors everyday between 6pm and 8pm. But no fever. Along with the chills she has nausea or she throws up. The more the nausea the more she has chills and if she throws up, the chills are very severe. Sometimes she feels feverish when she has chills but rarely is there any fever.

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome can be brought on by many things BUT her immune system is in disrepair and needs lots of help. I would suggest lots of water to flush, if you can find a good therapist, a set of colonics (making sure you put minerals back in the system post treatment) Epicor is a wonderful immune system booster along with Vit C. I suggest you put them into the search system seperately.
Total control of diet in the form of fresh fruit and vegies that are easy to digest. NO Bananas. People who have CFS usually have a weak liver which in turn makes digestion hard. Keep off sugars. Bananas have 9 tsps sugar on average and if one is healthy it is ok but one is not they are too hard to digest. A plain baked potato has twice the Potassium of a banana. Re the chills I bet after a hard day her system cannot take anymore and is also is this after dinner? What has she eaten. The immune system is trying to help but her chronic condition interfers with the process. So look up a natural doctor or nutritionist to help with this problem as it will NOT go away by itself.
