2.7 million people in the US alone have it. how common do you want it to be?

that was harsh... what i mean to say, it is a lot more common than most people realize, perhaps because it's not an obvious disease (you're not in a wheelchair, you don't have a guide dog or a white cane)... most people can be controled with medication, when the right combination of meds are found, they don't have symptoms any more at all.

Epilepsy is probably the worlds most common disabling neurological conditions. and A lot of people are hospitalized with epilepsy by age 80
