About 4 months ago, I starting eating one yogurt every day at work. I'm not sure if it's related, but for a long time now, my pee smells really bad and it's real cloudy. No other issues to make me think an infection, any ideas?

I feel like my bladder is going to explode! Last time I had to go to the hospital to have a catheter put in and I really don't want to go that route again. Thanks for your input and suggestions.

I was having problems swallowing, went to MD, had an ultra sound, MD said my right side of my thyroid was 4 times bigger than the left and it had rough ridges on it. Anyone had this before?

My Grandmother broke her hip and was in a rhabilitation centre. We witnessed a nurse being very abrupt and rough with her and she complained to us on many occasions that she was 'nasty'. We did not want to say anything at the time, incase she took it out on my Grandmother, but now feel we should make a complaint. Any ideas?

what or where to go? I am a 44yr F. I am currently seeing a gastrologist. He's testing my Liver, Blood and colon. I have servere adobminal swelling in the upper part of my stomach. When he examined me he told me as he pressed between my ribs that something was sperated and ask if it was hard to breathe..and YES. Approx. 45 minutes meals I get sick vomiting, my urine is sometimes lightbrown, cloudy, with a foul smell. My bm had been green and was from bile according to him. I have Zofran , and phenagan supposorty for vomiting. Some days I can not go so, I am forced to rest. In 2001 I was in a servere car wreck (metal from waist down, head injury)the meds ever since...oxcoyntin, lorecet, zoloft, lorazapan. I am a fighter.I have lost 115lbs-experienced malasorption. I have started bruising, my limbs are extremely cold-they turn white and are painful. Today my right foot was a greyish-blue. I easy dehydrate. hospitals have trouble drawing blood veins blow. Have twins 8 help.

Please tell me how to rid myself of the fear of going to the doctors? I am scheduled to go tomorrow the hospital to see two doctors that I have never met before about an infection I have in my ears.I am so terrified and can't figure out why . I thought that I had this under control but feel even now so panicky I cannot breathe. Is there someway that will convicnce me its ok no matter what happens? I have an 84 year old friend who uses her computer to read, she finds it very helpful. I would like to know if there are agencies in California that can help her find a newer computer to use. We would like to find any resources public or private that would be available to help her reduce her cost for Macular Degeneration.

She also has debilitating Arthritis; she is confined to a wheel chair and walker; we would like any info on Medicare benefits that could help her get around.

and sometimes with shivering hands, unable to sleep and concentrate. Have been taking "cafergot", (hope the spelling is correct) at least for the past 15 years. Will there be any side effects? Is there any other medication, suppliment/diet or exercise that I can try?

Hi, i know this may seem like a common question but i am looking for a good answer, I have been sick for a month now and this cold just keeps going from one thing to another, Now i have swollen glands and my tonsels are swollen, my throat is severely sore and i have tried salt water, i am on antibotics currently and have been on 2 others since i got this cold, So my question is does anyone have a really good remedy for a sore throat?? I really would like something that would work cause i am leaving tommorow to go away with my fiance for my birthday and would like to feel a little bit better.. Like i said im looking for something homeade that works great, not something you buy at the store... thanks everyone.

Pass few days i have a kidney pain.. it's just right on top of the backside.... and i think is below the kidney.... middle of my kidney.. whenever i move it's very painful.. just like a needle poking thru... what will this cause? kidney cancer? or what ? im very worry.

My mother was diagnosed with Guillain Barre Syndrome last week (10/22/06). She had some tingling in her finger tips and toes on Sunday afternoon, and felt weaker as the day went on. By Sunday night my father had to call an ambulance for her and by Monday evening she was completely paralized, in the ICU on a respirator. Two days later (Wednesday 10/24) she had her first plasmapherisis, and had 5 treatments, everyother day, today being the last treatment.

Since last week, she has recovered some movement in her arms and legs. She can wiggle her feet, and shrug her shoulders, and can shake her head "yes" and "no".

I want to know basically, when we an expect her to be off the respirator? How long does it take to be able to get out of bed? How long until she can walk on her own again? This disease came on so suddenly without warning, and my family is completely distraught over this. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have a bump in my hand that is sort of hard, but sort of soft. It's under my skin and it moves around. It doesn't hurt, but it kinda bugs me. It moves around when I touch it, and it's the size of a big pea.
I've had it for about 2 years.
Should I worry?

I am planning on visiting the doctor tomorrow but want to know if anyone has any specific information on what could cause a sudden sharp pain in my throat? When it started it felt like I had a dry throat and spoke causing a veru sharp and accute pain in my throat.

The pain is now constant at every spoken word, swallow and cough.

Any ideas?

By the way, the pain is in the middle of my neck, in my throat and is on the left side.
