It could be anything from chronic kidney failure to kidney stones. Here is a general link to some possible causes.

I do think the doctor is treating just symptoms right now, not knowing your actual cause. I am very surprised the doctor has not put you in the hospital. You do need to go right away, these are serious symptoms!

"...a girl that SUSPECTED she had carpal tunnel syndrome and a disc bulge that she must see a physician and he might make a decision a suitable therapy modality for her which might often incorporate going to a physio-therapist." The factor you are lacking is this woman does now not truthfully realize what's improper along with her, she "suspects" she has carpal tunnel syndrome and a disc bulge, there would be whatever else improper along with her, there are different stipulations that may motive an identical signs, that's why she must see her GP. The Doctor (who's certified in medication and you're NOT) will pick the right path of movement. While I take delivery of you could have well abilities of the musculoskeletal approach, there are matters you may also pass over. While her signs is also musculoskeletal, the origins of her disorders is probably not. This is the entire factor of getting a GP. They do the preliminary comparison and pick right therapy. You are NOT certified to make this sort of choices. Seeing an Osteo or physiotherapist first would waste time, and prolong a analysis. This would be harmful to the sufferer and fee extra money ultimately. Edit: Also, what Dave mentioned.

Don't skip around to different sites on the "net" ask you doctor for a referral to a "teaching hospital" IE: the Mayo clinic in Minnesota: you'll have to guarantee them you'll be there for three days and let any doctor examine you. Or another hospital that's wonderful is the Hospitals in Saginaw Michigan, the Covenant hospital, St. Marys hospital. Or The University hospitals in Ann Arbor Michigan.
You have a list of conditions that I don't want to start on, especially guessing. That's what it sounds like the doctors are doing here if "fishing" you may not have anything specific but a line of problems compounding the others.

I'm sorry not to help but good luck.

Rely on the specialist. His or her office should be able to track down what ails you. People can speculate, but your doctor can do tests which can point out what can be changed for you. Maybe your medications will be changed. Try to follow exactly what is on your prescription.
