I have strep throat (I've been on antibiotics for 36 hours, including a penicillin shot.) Tonight I felt like something fuzzy was trapped in my tonsil. I shined a flashlight on it and saw something black. I coughed to get watever it was out, but my tonsil sort of blasted open and I saw the gaping hole in my tonsil for just a second. (The black was apparently this space.) My tonsils have done really weird things through the years, but this is alarming. Do I need to worry about my tonsils rupturing or cannibalistic subterraneous creatures living in that cavernous space or anything?

I live in the US. Just wondering since the more hours I work the more pain and numbness I have. So maybe I could work part-time and just get partial disability?

Me and my mom where aruging with my cousin that it wasn't a diease, but he said that he just learned it in school and that it was a diease. See this is where a get confused. How can it be a disease why isn't it some kind of sickness that you get and then it goes away. I know that it's caused by a mosqito but still isn't a diease somting that some has for the rest of their lives? while still showing syptoms.

there are so many things that are band from use but the two things that help you kill yourself are not! how is this possible? is it because the government wants the money? possibly...and no offense to anyone that does any of those things but would you still have the same outlook on the situation if one of your loved ones died in a car accident from someone that was drunk? or maybe your mother or sister or brother died of lung cancer? maybe then your opinion would change. smoking not only harms you, but also others around you. its called second hand smoke. and people die from your smoke everyday. its very selfish in my opinion. harm yourself if you really have to but dont do it to others! i mean really..why is it so fun to go to partys and drink so much that all you do is throw up everything you had in the past week. how is getting emphazima fun?? being barely able to walk across from room to room? i bet when you get lung cancer or your liver shuts down you wont think its so fun anymore

Would like to hear of any experience's good or bad, all comments are welcome.

Why do Doctor's not do some sort of survey and see if they can come up with some reason as to why people come down with these diseases, they don't ask any questions and do not seem interested.People do collections and raise money,I would like to know where this money goes and what research is being done.
What the results are with the research they are doing.Who are these people who do the research in what way are they qualified.
