this is not a joke question so please don't write and say i'm being mean ... i truly want to know ... on Sunday i helped a young girl on the bus who is blind ... i noticed that she was squinting like when you walk out into bright sunlight from a darkened room ... i had noticed this before when a blind person is not wearing dark glasses ... are blind people hyper sensitive to light and squint because any light bothers them???

Hi, I woke up this morning with a kind of "scratch" in my throat (not sore) but more like a dry irritation. By the afternoon, my voice had started to go when I tried to talk properly and only sounded normal if I strained it. Now it's almost gone, but my throat isn't sore or scratchy at all! What's the betting by morning I'll not be able to utter a word - anyone had this recently?
