My liver is scarred and I have problems too, but I also had pain and gas and it was my gall bladder, the trouble urinating could either be kidney infection or a bladder infection.
Find a different doctor, internal medicine and have him check it. That is what I did.

tell dr. you want a abdominal scat scan the same thing happen to me and ended up with emergency surgery. they told me i had a enlarge olvary but i to had alot of pain and gas. if you would like more details you can email me at cahrles4tits@yahoo.com

actualy that sounds like a kidney infection,get a second opinion
