Anytime a questionable lump or pain is found and is noticeable on any part of your body, that in itself is cause for concern. However over 95% of lumps found on a mans testicles are normally cyst related problems, non malignant in nature, and there is usually no need for operative measures.

By nature cancerous tumors or lesions in the testicles resemble the consistency of a peanut. The growth will be hard, firm, and small. The testicle involved may also show signs of being enlarged. Generalized pain and discomfort may also be noticeable in the area.

But do get yourself checked over as a measure of good health. You and your body deserve it. My husband has a cyst on one of his testicles and to date, there is absolutely nothing he has to worry about. It's such a common problem in men.
