A percon in my knowledge is suffering from these symptoms.Though hairfall has been affecting him from quite some time, other effects have been recent. He had been a patient of goitre few years back.Currently apart from these symptoms he has been affected by cough and cold.He has a hectic daily routine and is often in stress. So are the above effects to be considered an outcome of tension and exhaustionor are they indicating a serious health problem?

Hi!
Headache related to position often comes from stiff neck or sinuses -if you have fever, runny nose and pressure on cheeks, could be sinus. In Houston everything is always sinus according to the public -and mostly , of course , it is not.
What is your headache like? what head bending? any other headache? what helps?what makes it worse? how long does it last? what about your bite -teeth slanting? Most of headaches come from outside of the skull, not inside, although they feel always like inside.

Pale skin is either no exercise, anemia or constitutional. Hair fall -meaning if you take a handful of you hair and pull gently and more than 5 hairs fall out, you should have your thyroid checked (=lab test) -the most common cause of pathological hair fall.We normally shed some hair and sometimes more, some times less so not all is pathological. If you have a general inflammatory condition like arthritis with joint pains and swelling you can also have pale skin and hair fall .These would probably not come from the brain. Anemia -low hemoglobin -can be caused by numerous benign and serious conditions: It is easy to check with lab test whether you have anemia and whether you have an inflammatory disease. So if you are concerned , go to a family practiotioner, he can easily rule out diseases. Do you have any other symptoms? are these new? do others think you have become more pale -or always been that way??

Hope this is helpful, the info you gave about your problems is -hmmm- sort of limited!

You should see a doctor.

But it could be a lot of symptoms from many small problems to a few large ones... From sinusitis, to low blood pressure, to high blood pressure, excessive testosterone, best to see a doc.

I'm gonna suggest a blood pressure check.
It is likely to be a combination of a few things. None of them seem particularily serious.
