ANY changes in the testicles, such as swelling or lumps should be checked by a doctor immediately.
Don't feel embarassed. Just go. Chances are it's just a benign cyst, however, it could be a malignancy. The earlier a malignancy is caught, the greater the chances that treatment will be sucessful and you'll have a full recovery.
Go NOW. Best wishes, I'm sure it will all come out ok.

Lumps in that area should be checked out as soon as possible.
Although testicular cancer is rare, it is not at all uncommon to find a lump in your testicles. There are many conditions that can be easily confused with testicular cancer, and most of them are not anything like as serious.
A soft lump in the scrotum, especially if you can get your fingers between it and the testicle, is most likely to be a hydrocele. This is a collection of sterile fluid in the cord attached to the testicle, which is invariably harmless. Left untreated, a hydrocele can grow to a large size and cause discomfort, so they are usually best drained early.

See a doctor, be prepared for a rectal exam. Could be something as simple as an infected hair. Don't put it off. Too many men refuse to seek medical assistance when it is needed. In the end, effects all your loved ones. Just get it checked out.

I don't think testicular cancer is usually described as a 'swelling lump' so this could be a few things, but it's certainly something you need to get checked out as soon as possible. Testicular Cancer is very treatable if you catch it early.
good luck. Take this very seriously.

Definitely go to the doctor right away and get it checked out. Not to worry you, but swelling lump doesn't sound good. I would suggest going tomorrow, or today.

No lump is a normal thing that is not suppose to be there. See a doctor and they will answer your question without a doubt.
