See a doctor. Have a biopsy done and the results reported.

You cannot tell by visual inspection. Neither can your doctor! That's why a tissue sample and biopsy are definitive for this situation. Do it. Tomorrow.

Dont you find strnage that you have to lumps at the same time and on the exact same spot? That is probrably just the "HEAD of the epididymus", completly normal. But if you want to make sure go see a Doctor.

Yes go to a Dr. never take chances cancer can grow and spread fast and the sooner the better and for your own piece of mind to know there is nothing seriously wrong

So far everyone is on track. A trip to the Dr. won't kill you but not going might. So get out from in front of Yahoo Answers and go see the medical experts, only they can put your mind at rest.
