I am cold all over, shivering, only a low-grade fever ~99.4 but its high for me. I have had lover back pain but may be unrelated and the back of my neck is soar.

fever , chills, achey, neck hurts, whole body just hurts , draggy, throat pain, ears ringing,,,that the most of them I think . Try theraflu GL. You're Yahoo pic is all black , nothing there in case you didn't know :) Hope you get feeling better soon.

Sounds like the flu to me. If the fever increases .. get to a doctor. Good Luck ! :)
