What are the symptoms of catching the Flu?

I am cold all over, shivering, only a low-grade fever ~99.4 but its high for me. I have had lover back pain but may be unrelated and the back of my neck is sore.

Here are some of the symptoms that I get when I know the flu is coming on:
1) Fever
2) Aches and pains
3) Headache
4) Nausea
and the best way I can tell I am coming down with the flu....
5) I dont feel like going to work
