My joints are very painful, and feel stiff. It's affecting my shoulders, elbows, knees, ankles and feet and especially in my hands. It's been going on for 3 weeks or so. I'm having trouble typing this, and with doing buttons or holding pens. My joints feel swollen, but aren't. The pain is worse when I've been asleep and when I've been using the joint. I'm 22, female. I have seen GP who has done blood test, but I'm intersted to see if anyone has any ideas on what it might be in the mean time or how I can cope with the pain in my hands as I'm finding everyday tasks increasingly difficult. Thanks

I have had nearly every symptom of low thyroid for several years. About 10 years ago, my Dr. told me that my thyroid level came back low, but not quite low enough to do anything about. Last week I had my thyroid checked again with my current doctor. The level came back at 0.56, and he said it was normal. I am so confused....because from everything I have read, doctors can't agree on what's low or high. All I know is that my symptoms have gradually gotten worse over time, and I would really like to figure this out. Any information from anyone, I would be thankful for.

I tracked the condition and discovered it exarcebates when I eat sugars. Even my eyes become unstable at times and I have been staggering for over a decade when I walk, getting worse when I take sugars. Nonetheless the docs (several) have taken tests for sugar and concluded I have no diabetes. they just said I`ve lack of iron and given me some iron tablets which didn`t work. What could be the natural way of dealing with the condition?

I have a horrible stomach and no Dr. has really been able to tell me why my stomach acts up so much. My last diagnosis was acid reflux disease and I was proscribed some meds for that. It seems to help some, but EVERYTIME I eat popcorn I have a horrible stomach ache, and especially after I eat anything spicy or red meats. Its a dull pain right under my breastbone. I also have nausea. Could I have IBS or gallbladder problems? I am sick of being sick...someone help cause the Drs. sure arent!!!
