Drink some water and try to go for a dump - seriously. If this does not help go to your GP.

Go to the doctors.......Last year I had severe stomach pain and vomiting which led to a fever. I was like that for three weeks until I ended up being rushed into hospital having emergency surgery. It turned out that I had a grumbling appendix which turned into a burst appendix which gave me septascemia. When they opened me up I had a lump in my bowel the size of a grapefruit which had caused perforations in my bowel. Consiquently I had to have part of my bowel removed. This was all because I didn't go to the doctors at the start. If I had, they would have removed my appendix and I would have been fine. As it was, I nearly died.
It's better to be safe than sorry!!!

Have you ever heard the expression, "An apple a day keeps the doctor away." It really works. I used to get stomach pains every morning, now no problem. If you can't eat apples, try any type of fresh fruit, citrus would not be wise..

Hi Your question is a bit ambigous, it could have many causes. Hence I would have to recomend a visit to your GP and in the meantime eat dry ginger or arrowroot biscuits when you feel nauseas and drink clear lemonade only untill you've got over the symptoms or till you've seen your doc. Hope that helps.

Try breathing using the stomach instead of the chest as often as you can. This could be very painful at a start but the results could be amazing.

Hi there,
stomach pain? what kinda stomach pain are you refering to? that is too vague. You had better consult doctor. As there maybe other underlying disease that cause stomach ache.
For your vomitting symptom: you can go to the pharmacy to get "anti-emetic" (anti-vomit) drug. example: metoclopramide (it is usually better)
Avoid eating too much at a meal. So basically u eat in small amount but more frequent.

Go puke. You might as well get it over with. It might get rid of your pain.
