I tracked the condition and discovered it exarcebates when I eat sugars. Even my eyes become unstable at times and I have been staggering for over a decade when I walk, getting worse when I take sugars. Nonetheless the docs (several) have taken tests for sugar and concluded I have no diabetes. they just said I`ve lack of iron and given me some iron tablets which didn`t work. What could be the natural way of dealing with the condition?

Sounds like a chronic liver problem(especially the itching). Go to the doc. & have a liver function test drawn(it's a blood test)

You could be lacking vitamin B12. Try a vitamin supplement - you can get the B vitamins alone from Tesco. Cheap too. Vitamin B's are good for the nervous system.
Try Marmite too.
Check out pernicious anaemia on Google.
Does it match your symptoms?

Just a thought.

Aw...I really don't know what to tell you. You should get a total physical exam. Check your blood for everything. Get a second opinion. Check your organs if they function well. Try to stay away from things that triggers your symptoms. But definitely something is wrong and you should check in with other doctors. I wish you good luck and get better.
