Well, I'm no medical person, but according to my knowledge the Chinese medicine believes the gallbladder is an important organ for the temperature and energy of the body. So you should not consider to remove it as long there is no urgency.

I would recommend you to go for a manual one-time treatment called Atlasprofilax. The effect on the self-healing power of the body is simply amazing, specially for migraine. And with a bit of luck, the temperature will normalize as well.

I have experienced the treatment myself for other symptoms and I'm very convinced. :-)

At present, the treatment is available in California and Europe, costing around 200 Dollars. Good luck!

Yes you can. Temperature is a reflection of inflammation, and well both of those can cause inflammation. If you are running low grade temps with either though, then they could be a sign of
1. vasculitis - with the migraine
2. infection - with the gallbladder
take the gallbladder out, and ask your doc about the migraines.

Are they truely migranes (fever isn't a sign of any of 4 phases of migrane). Headache maybe. Discuss removal of your gal bladder only if it is BAD not just infected.

Fever is not a response to inflammation (that would be localized calor) its a response to infection.

I am sure that you could - it is hard to tell without knowing any other symptoms - go to the doctor if you have a fever.
