now uvites have been settled. but glocuma and visibility problems. some doc says go for operation some says not for operateion. if no opertion i have to use eyedrops all my life. if opertion there chances of flair of uvitius. need some clearifcations for eye speacilists.

let me at least try to clarify your question for others.

You had uveitis but not it is gone. But now you have synechia - which block the flow of aqueous, causing the intraocular pressure to raise (glaucoma).
You are getting different opinions from doctors on whether or not to operate (break the synechia) because it could flare up your uveitis. Or you could use drops all your life - I'm assuming glaucoma meds to keep the pressure low.

Have they tried breaking the synechia by dilating your eye? I'm sure they have as that is often the first thing tried. I do believe that the only other option for breaking synechia is surgery.
Do the drops adequately keep your pressure down? Are they causing side effects that you don't like? If they are working and you are not experiencing side effects, why risk the uveitis coming back?
