As long as you don't eat too much then absolutely nothing. And you don't get fat unless you over-eat.

However, unless you exercise regularly you will have no useful level of cardiovascular fitness and any excess weight that you hold will be deposited as fat, so even if you aren't "fat" you will not have an athletic physique...

Long term, the greater cardiovascular fitness related to exercise will give you a greater probability of living into old age.

You get fat, your heart has to work harder, you could develop sleep apnea, you feel bad, tired, & sleepy more often than not and you will probably have low self esteem because you know you aren't attractive.

The muscle becomes atrofied and body parts become saggy. I know this well.

You get fat...your blood doesn't cicrulate right, you might have trouble sleeping at night...lots of health problems

over time you will eventully gain weight and get health problems.
try to excericse as soon as possible.
