give her a lot of fluids..........if not she might dehydrate....
you can get this product in the pharmacy, i cant remember the name. its a orange color fluid. it comes in sachets. its normally given to kids who are at risk to dehydrate. anyway i feel that its good for adults too. that thing has electrolytes inside. its call hydrate or what. i cant remember.

if she is having diarrhea, she can take charcoal. as in those charcoal you buy in the pharmacy. its pretty good for diarrhea. they come in either capsule or tablet. i personally dont like the tablet ones because of the smell. capsule are much more expensive compare to tablet ones.

if she is having fever, besides giving her panadol round the clock as in 6hrly, you can do this.
if her temperature is if its below 38 deg: apply cold compress on areas such as forehead, armpits, groins and neck
if its above 38 deg, do tepid sponging (get tap water), sponge her for about 10mins and stop if she starts to shiver.
and of course during sponging, remember to switch off all the fan and aircon.
P.S. during sponging pay more attention to the areas i've mentioned above.

and if her fever doesnt subsides after some time. bring her to the doctor again. and dont doctor hop. BRING HER BACK TO THE SAME DOCTOR.

First is to decrease her temp since she has a fever by rendering tepid sponge bath (moist a small towel with lukewarm water and gently apply to her body concentrating under the arm) and paracetamol as ordered by M.D. Then second is to prevent dehydration by hydrating her with oresol or gatorade or anything that can replace the lost fluids and electrolytes such as sodium, potassium etc. Let her eat banana, apple coz they are rich in potassium also include carbohydrate to regain her strength. Increase fluid intake, avoid fatty foods and most importantly bed rest and support from you. Consult M.D. if symptoms persist.

She needs to see a doctor, then you can make her boiled potatoes or rice, they could help, but go to a doctor first because fever with diarrhoea needs treatment.

No sugar, no milk and no dairy- and no junk foodstuff.

Give her lots of water, tell her you love her, and make her favorite soup if she likes soup. If she doesn't feel any better, take her to the doctor.
