My parents are making me go to a malaria invested place, could the prevention pills that i take have a defect on my heart? Im really scared about this, cause my condition is quite rare and severe. Links to websites will be very helpfull. please help.

where I work at I have some stairs to climb. maybe 16 steps. Before I reach the top I am totally out of breath and my heart is really racing. I really need some help with this one. Can you help?

My mother has Myelodysplasia, COPD, Diabetic and is in hospital at the minute. 2 months ago her blood results were: haemoglobin 10.4 after 2 units of blood, platelets 135, and white cells 4.9, neutropils 1.5.
On Monday her readings were: haemoglobin 8.3 after 2 units, platelets 11, white cells 3.2, neutropils 0.3.
Please someone tell me in laymans terms.
I know she has weeks rather than months left, the doctor has told us.

I don't know if it's just the holidays and looking for a job and worrying about mid terms or not but my bp is normally around 118/82 or right at 120/80. When i took it last night it was 138/100 at first i though maybe it was because she took it twice in the same arm with out waiting, but this morning i took it again myself and it's still at 138/100. I don't know if my bp cuff is messed up or if my bp is really that high. I noticed when i was pumping up the cuff it took for ever for the needle to start moving up and it was already extreemly tight on my arm so maybe it's the bladder in my cuff? any suggestions?

I"ve noticed when I lift weights my blood pressure increases. My doctor raised my blood pressure meds, and I haven't really talked to them about my intention to bodybuild and build muscle mass. But if they just look at me they can see that I'm trying..
any ideas?

i have been suffering from one sided head ache since febuary,i have done a ct scan and nothing was found,i have taken every strong to strongest drug for it and nothing.it is just there on the left and at the back side of my head.im really frustrated,dont know what to do anymore. and im scared for my liver because of the drugs i take.

My husband occasionally would get an irregular heartbeat but lately it is becoming more frequent. I've listened to his chest & it sounds like it beats normally for about 5 or 6 beats & then beats really fast for 3 beats or so. He's been tested for the stress test & had to wear a heart monitor for a day (a few months ago) but the tests didn't reveal any irregularities. He wants to go see a specialist. Anyone know what this could be?

I have been watching my pulse for the last month or two, (machines at Wal-Mart/Target) Usually my BP is low/normal but my pulse averages in the 50s. Every so often I do get neer fainting spells. When I am testing my pulse I am usually walking aroud the store. Yesterday my pulse was 51bpm.

This is an organazation that goes to hospitols to find any kids in need of a smile, we will go out and do whatever it takes to make them happy. Yesterday we met a little boy named sebatian who has cancer, he was not supposed to make it through the night so little smiles brought him the nintendo wii and a mario game because mario is his favorite charecter we also had someone put on a whole mario costume to go in and say hi, we give sebatian all our hope and love. I have had a fast heart beat on and off for a couple of months now. It happens to me two times.
#1 - When I am getting ready for bed as well as when I'm trying to fall asleep. I am not nervous or anxious about anything. My heart doesn't beat fast every night, just now and then.

#2 - During or after I am eating, my heart will beat fast. It generally does NOT happen after breakfast, usually after lunch or dinner. I have especially noticed this occurring when I have to go longer than normal before I eat.

I read online about something called Tachycardia, I wonder if that is it? I have no clue.
