I know I have fewer headaches when my back and neck are completely in place. If the doctors you are seeing can't figure it out, I'd try a chiropractor. Choose carefully for someone who is trained for all ages and ask about their techniques as there are many different options out there. Some are so careful they don't really manipulate and some put their whole bodies into manipulating so find someone in between. The best ones are usually found by word of mouth!

there are so many reasons for headaches really. What kind of meds are you taking.?? Also whats your blood pressure like?and have you done a 3 hour Glucose test? another direction to go in is that it maybe muscular coming form the neck....Possibly your eyes...the only way to solve this is to take it one at a time and eliminate things...is it worse or better at one time of the day or another and do you have anything else associated with it...weakness,blurred vision, etc?

'Cervicogenic Headaches' (headaches caused by problems in the neck) are one of the most common causes of headaches. The pattern of pain you describe could be caused by this type of problem. It may be time to get a thorough evaluation by your family Chiropractor.

Best wishes and good luck.
