im 24 and had an implantable cardiac defibulator fitted when i was 22 as i had a cardiac arrest while i was on a ride at a theme park and just wondered what the risks or of becoming pregnant?

It is your natural right to be a mother, but you must discuss this problem with your cardiologist along with your obstetrician. A joint board will give you more information as compared to answers on the forum.

This really is a question for your cardiologist and ob-gyn. But I'll tell you that a friend of mine has an icd and has 3 beautiful daughters.
