I have been watching my pulse for the last month or two, (machines at Wal-Mart/Target) Usually my BP is low/normal but my pulse averages in the 50s. Every so often I do get neer fainting spells. When I am testing my pulse I am usually walking aroud the store. Yesterday my pulse was 51bpm.

I don't think there is a situation, in fact it virtually impossible to achieve normal lab. lower levels, of your cholestrol, as the keep on fluctuating.
Yes the drop in H/R is normal, as long as you don't feel dizzy, vertigo etc.
If you are in doubt contact your doctor.

A pulse below 60 BPM is considered a bradycardia - an abnormally slower rhythm than normal. The reason you get near fainting spells is probably a due to a temporary lowering in blood pressure as it takes longer for the systolic to reach normal from the low pulse. Make an appointment with a cardiologist to check possible reasons for bradycardia such as hypothyroidism, malnutrition (being a vegan lowers the chances that you are getting all of your nutrients from food), or electrical problems with your heart such as Sick Sinus Syndrome.

You do not have a high pulse rate. In fact, it is a little on the low side. My pulse is high because I have a high stress job and can get up to over 118. You should go see a doctor and find out why you are having near fainting spells. That is not normal.

Your pulse is too low. You need to see a doctor. If you are walking around the store, your normal value should be in the 90s, not in the 50s.
