Hello, I am a person who is making the Health food transition to help with my health problems diabetes, high cholestrol, and HIV it was recomended that I use " perfect food Super Green" food supplement for over all health however the person who recomended it to me was unaware of my diabetes, high cholestrol was wondering if anyone could recomend the best product for someone with the above mentioned health problems thanks alot

is this good? My doctor says its ok, but unfortunately i dont turst him as he has made to many mastakes with certain things of mine which could have killed me. And i cant change doctor until next year. Also i dont know what this means (6.6 hemoglobin level).

ive noticed that once ive played sport or been to the gym, i alwats get headaches, get the shakes, feel tired and lethargic, i feel sick at points and i get sugar cravings. I normally eat every 5 hours but i do sometimes snack. I drinks lots. Does anyone think tjhis could be diabetes.
Even if im not at the gym i get symptoms like this...

were all GREAT!!! Really cannot vote for a best answer because again, they were all Great. i did not mention that my husband is 47 and right after leaving the hosptial, he did take his medication for about 3-4mo. but this has been about 21/2 yrs ago.yes, he do have pain in the legs for sometimes now and eyes are blurry. at times he says he feels his heart racing and i,m sure he isn't telling me everything.
