Whether it's diabetes or not, I don't know. But it definitely sounds like a problem relating to your blood sugar. Since it seems to happen after you exercise, you may be hypoglycemic, which is the opposite of diabetic. However, you should know that hypoglycemics are at greater risk for becoming diabetic someday. Either way, you should be checked. See your doctor.

You definitely could have diabetes. Or it could be hypoglycemia. Many of the symptoms can be the same. You need to see your family doctor and tell them about your symptoms. They will draw some blood on you and this will determine if you are diabetic or not. They will also have you start monitoring your blood sugar. Depending on the type and severity of the diabetes (if you have it), you will either be placed on a diet, medication by mouth, or insulin. It just depends on the MD findings and how your sugars can be controlled.
Please do not wait to get seen. The long term effects of diabetes are bad. Diabetes can affect your kidneys, feet and lower legs, your eyesight, and other organs. Once the damage is done, it cannot be reversed. So this is very important to your health now and in the future.

Of course this could be diabetes. It could also be other things but you will never know asking people on Yahoo. The closest thing you have here is a guess by a therapist. With all due respect, I will take an MD any day. Now turn off your computer and go see an MD. Tests will determine what the problem is, and education will help you deal with it...
Type 2 for years and still learning. I have tried a bunch of stuff, only real medicine will help you...

YES, go to the doctor.
I have low blood sugar and have found eating 5 sm meals pr day helps me keep my sugar level where I don't have the down times.
Eat a low glycemic index diet (books available).
I keep nuts with me to eat between meals. I also keep snack bars (low carb), peanut butter crackers in my desk at work. Make sure and eat some protein each time. If eating fruit, eat it with peanut butter or cheese so it doesn't turn to sugar so fast.
Exercise makes your blood sugar fall so eat some crackers or a protein bar prior to exercising or sports. Drink lots of liquid and if sweating a lot replace those electrolites.
Educate yourself on the symptoms of diabetes and hypoglycemia.
Good luck. :0)

As per your description, your pancreas are over functioning and you suffer from low blood pressure. The low BP is the cause of your headache, shakes, tiredness and lethargic conditions. It would be advisable to you that you must carry chocolates with you so that during attack, you can munch on them. Stop drinking since you are likely be declared as diabetic in near future. Prevention is better than cure. Eat lots of cucumber to keep your hunger under control. Take care and be in good health.
