Sure. I always use olive oil substituted for crisco because it's so much healthier. You can find it flavored too. I use lemon flavored olive oil to cook seafood. It tastes great! Pam is OK, but it seems to dry out the foods a little bit more. Bon Appetite!

I hear Olive oil is healthier and preferred it contains certain healthy minerals. Also anything over oil is a plus but always use the amount needed too much of a good thing can be bad.

Olive oil is one of the best oils to use however you may want to find an oil that has a high flash point because the nutrients in olive oil degrades with heat. Grapeseed oil is a good one for heat resistance.

I use only olive oil to cook. It's healthier. Cooking meat does not need oil because usually stores plump up the meat with water so it will weigh more, thus cost more. Oil doesn't add anything to meat when cooking it.

I use olive oil all the time. You can get an olive oil for baking and one for meats. It's good for you.
