Proteins are a must for diabetics. Pork and Beef are good sources. Just watch the fat content and you should be fine.

A diabetic can eat anything as long as it is not out of control. It's all about portion control, just like with anyone else.

you can eat anything in moderation. Thats why nowadays its so easy to be diabetic coz your diet can be controlled. Its only id its got way out of hand when u need insulin

Yes they can...in fact protien tends to be good for diabetics because it releases a steady stream of energy and doesn't cause their sugar to spike.
