Everything you eat affects blood sugar levels ,especially fat, it takes longer to metabolize. Olive oil is the absolute best to prevent heart attacks.

i don't think it does, even if so it'll be very minimal cos olive oil has very low fat content compared to other oils.Same for sugar levels....it decreases blood sugar levels
If u have to take oil.. then olive is ur best choice.

Please do not use canola oil, if you have it Throw it away!!
It is a penetrating oil, not for human consumption. The name comes from 2 words Canada and Oil. (Canola) Show me a green growing plant named canola??? The only plant that sh!@#t
comes from is a manufacturing plant.
