When that new green catsup (ketchup?) came out, I had to try it, just to see. Tasted just like the regular. Ate up a ton of tater tots while testing. Ending up with a completely totally green turd the next day. So I would say that is super green.

"Super Green" is a brand name health food supplement. It supposedly has no sweeteners, but you'd have to read the label to see the glucose, cholesterol, and carb content. I wouldn't use it just 'cause some clerk suggested it. You have too many variables to know if it's safe for you.

If I were you, I'd follow a healthy (vegetarian) diet. It will help control your cholesterol, help build your immune system, and shouldn't interfere with any of your cholesterol or HIV medications. Make sure you exercise regularly. A "product" won't fix your issues.

They are called Cheerios in the UK. It's a breakfast cereal. Try eating apples and anything high fibre. Olive oil is very good for lowering cholesterol. You could try some of those yoghurt drinks as well -some of them advertise lowering cholesterol as a selling feature. Legumes such as lentils and just about any bean will help because they are high in fibre as well. Stay away from hydrogenated fats such as cheese, (unless it's soya based), real butter, dairy products - unless it's yoghurt - meat products, unless it's lean meat such as chicken. Brown rice is also a great source of fibre and has cholesterol lowering properties. Yes to...... Lentils beans green vegetables apples and pears brown rice oats lean meats yoghurt and yoghurt drinks with cholesterol reducing agents olive oil soya based products Vegetables and fruits - fresh bran flakes and yes, Cheerios. No to.....
