I have been getting really bad stomach cramps if I do not eat every 2-3 hours for the last coulpe of days?

I also have been urinating alot,My father has type 2 diabetes,his mother had diabetes as well. Could this be linked. Should I just wait awhile before running to doc? 25 female,XoXo thanks!
