Banana, Mango and Custard Apples are really worst fruits for a diabetic. A fruit named Cheekoo available in India is also worst for diabetic. All these fruits contain high amount of sugar and hence consider unsafe for diabetic. It also depends upon the sugar level of an individual. Even eating rice is also bad for Diabetic who are insulin dependent. Hope my answer will satisfy your need. Take care and be in good health.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.
I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

For me personally any citrus fruit is bad they seem to run my sugar up. Fruit is great for you but as a diabetic you need to eat it in moderation. So do like a small apple, half an orange, 12 or so grapes. There are lots of great books out to help you with a diabetic diet you should look into getting one. They help a great deal.

Depends on Type I or Type II. Type I is going to be fruits high in natural sugars (fructose) without any complex carbs to slow absorption of the sugar.
For Type II, if you're only insulin resistant and not insulin dependant and your biggest problem is that you need to lose weight, fruit can be a part of a healthy reduced calorie diet and the insulin punch you get is nowhere near as damaging as the excess weight is.
My husband is insulin resistant (Type II) because he's overweight. He eats fruit salad for breakfast sometimes (containing peaches, cherries, blueberries, banana, strawberries.) He feels full and he's only consumed about 150 - 200 calories of totally healthy food. Sometimes the trick is to just space out small meals, not avoid a specific food altogether.
This is really an individual questions, based on your personal response to the glycemic index of individual foods and it would be best to work with a registered dietician or nutritionist to customize your diet to your own needs.

Just about any fruit shoots my sugars in a hurry. However, soft fruits like oranges, plums, and grapes are the worst for me. I try to eat some fruit every day, though, usually shortly after I take my morning meds, and I have it with some protein to balance it out a little.

I think strawberries is really bad.. cherries.. anything with a high sugar level. You can look it up on the internet.. just type in "Fruits for Diabetics" or something similar, and it will give you a list of fruits you shouldn't have.
