You need to get to a doctor. It sounds like a urinary tract infection, which can be cleared up with antibiotics.
Are you peeing a lot, or just a little bit when you go to the restroom? Does it burn? If you're peeing just a little bit, it's probably UTI.
If it's a lot, though, you need to go to the doctor. That could be a lot of things, and it could be serious.

Lots of things can affect the color of urine - from vitamins to hepatitis to blood in the urine. And lots of things can cause frequent trips to the bathroom - from a bladder infection to being a diabetic. If it hurts when you urinate it is most likely an infection. If you are thirsty all the time then there is a small chance that you could be diabetic. So since you do nowt want to suffer permanent damage it would be a good idea to call your doctor. It is better to be safe than sorry.

Sounds like you have a bladder infection and you need to drink more water. Is the urine foul smelling? It's nothing serious. It can be treated with antibiotics. You need to be sure to wipe from front to back after using the bathroom or when cleaning yourself down there. You need to address this issue now or the infection can travel to your kidneys, and then you'll have low back pain to go with the frequent urinary urges you are experiencing now.

Get your blood sugar levels tested. Urine dipstick, blood testing, glucose tolerance test, the whole shebang. If you have too much sugar in your blood, it will cause a diuretic effect because your body is trying to get rid of it in your urine (especially if your insulin levels are low or nonexistent.) Rule out insulin problems--it's probably your blood sugar, not your bladder, especially if you also have sugar highs and crashes, headaches, extreme thirst, and weight loss (or any combination of the above.) You might not have diabetes, but you may need to take meds to regulate your insulin. And don't eat or drink too much caffeine or sugar--that'll help your condition even without meds, but get yourself tested for diabetes as soon as you can. It's important to know what you're dealing with.
