just diagnosed with this... what's in store for me?

It's tough to keep to a testing and eating schedule (although I DO try and keep fruit and small snacks with me) while I am travelling by plane. What do YOU folks do - any tips to share?

I have always had allergy problems with nasal congestion, etc. But this last week I've gotten really sick - My doctor tells me it's a viral upper respiratory infection and I have had HORRIBLE nasal swelling causing me to be so congested. I can't sleep because I can't breathe - but my major worry is that now when I blow my nose it's bloody. It started a couple days ago with just little specs but now it's looks more like blood than what actually should be coming out. It doesn't freely bleed or anything - it's just blood when I blow my nose. I'm very worried because I've never had this problem. Is this just because of my nose being so irritated (and possibly my use of Afrin nasal spray for too long) or should I see my doctor and make sure something more serious isn't going on? Help!

There's a recent report that talks about how circumcision can help reduce the chance of contracting HIV. The article is here:

I have tried all the lotions, oil, cream, even crisco lard to apply to my dry, cracked, rough feet to soften them up. Does anyone know what else I can do, they feel like sandpaper and I am ashamed for anyone to see them let alone feel them..

I have had 2 episodes today fro the first time. I started feeling hot all over Like I was on fire, my heart started beating really fast (153 per minute) and hubby told me to check my sugar and it was 235, tonight it happend again but sugar was 213. Someone suggested I was going through menopause, but I am only 32. Is my sugar causing this or could I really be going through the change? Anyone have these symptoms? Help, I am scared!!!!

i am a 15 year old male who is some what active average weight i am 5"11 and weigh about 150lbs ya ok so like i have worried about this before like a couple months ago and i thought i had frequent urination so i went to the Docter he gave me a urine test and blood test both came out fine but now...i feel the same exact way and all i am thinking about is if i have diabeties?? and that really scares me could u tell from a blood test months ago if somone has or is getting diabeties?

I have allergies during the winter season, what happens is my nose gets blocked and stuffy which causes me not to sleep during the night. Every now and then i take either claritin or Actifed before i sleep and i actually sleep. So id like to know , is it ok if i can take claritin or actifed once a day for the remainder of the season or is it not healthy?

Its the size of a peanut and it kind of moves around when its touched but stays in the same spot it really doesn't hurt.can this be any kind of cancer? has this happened to anyone?

I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, neuropathy, hurniated discs, and degenertive disk disease. I can only have a job that has me standing for no more then 15 min or standing no more than 15 min. absloultely no lifting.I have medically been relieved by my doctor from the last 2 jobs. How am i supposed to support my family? I don't like staying so drugged up all the time. If there is anyone that can help me. Please help?! If you have some lame smartass answer don't bother to reply. This is a very serious subject. These medical conditions and not being able to work are destorying my life in more than one perspective. I went to the pet store today, and I am getting guinea pigs for Christmas. They are so cute, and I absolutely love the noises they make. Anyways, I went in there, and I don't really like this pet store. It is stinky, and there are reptiles of all sorts, bearded dragons, snakes, geckos, ect. fish, birds, a large bird who really liked me once i started whistling at him. They also have finches, a chinchilla, rabbits, rats, mice, hamsters, and of course, guinea pigs.

Anyways, I went in there, and after a while, I noticed my nose felt like it was...burning? Like just a faint burning. Kind of like the feeling you get when you are trying to sneeze? But I didn't sneeze, nor did I threaten to sneeze at all. My eyes didn't itch or any other symptoms, and I really only noticed it after my dad started complaining that he must be allergic to something in the room.

Could I be allergic to any of those animals, or was it just my mind that made my nose sting like that?

I'm concerned about my friend who has been diagnosed with Kidney stones. He is having pain but it doesn't seem that he has passed the stone as yet... It's been three weeks since he saw the doctor at the clinic. Is it possible the pain is coming from "sand-like particles" and not the actual stone??

THe common answer "go see a doctor routine is old on this forum". They dont have all the answers obviously because they cant heal any diseases. All they do is prescribe and that makes you feel good until another issue arrises (I now cant sleep and feel kidney pains). Looking for other options.

i have a rash that started on my chest.. then spread upwards up my neck, and to my ears, and downward on my stomach.

i cant go to the doctor or anything.
But what should i do?

to stop the itching,

My Dad had a sudden relapse 3 days ago and was admitted immediateyl.He has had a major operation last yr after he was diagnosed with colon cancer.He done chemo too.He lsot almost 6-7 kg only for the past 3 days.Its really heart breaking whenever I saw him in great pain.He is able to speak alittle bit but honestly my siblings n myself really fears the worst.He is very dear to us.best.Right now I m very lost, couldnt focus and sleep well .Honestly I feared i will hv a nervous breakdown ;soon totally dont hv a clue on how to deal with it cos its just too much.Can anyone tell/advise me pls ?

I have folliculitis and have recently had a bad outbreak. The scabs are very itchy and hurt. I can't help but scratch until the scab is off and then they bleed.What can I do to help dry them up faster.I have tried everything.I have seen a doctor,had antibiotics and ointments. I've tried alcohol,listerine,bandaids,duct tape,benadryl lotion and pills. I hope someone can help.

I have been suffering runny nose every day for the past 2 years, what are some ways to get rid of it? I thought i'd try asking you guys. I have tried going to the doctor, they give me nostril stuff and it does work, however i can't spend my money on that all the time.
