I have had 2 episodes today fro the first time. I started feeling hot all over Like I was on fire, my heart started beating really fast (153 per minute) and hubby told me to check my sugar and it was 235, tonight it happend again but sugar was 213. Someone suggested I was going through menopause, but I am only 32. Is my sugar causing this or could I really be going through the change? Anyone have these symptoms? Help, I am scared!!!!

a lot of things that used to be rarity medical problems are now becoming the norm!!

Kids didn't used to get diagnosed as type 2 diabetics, half of all type 2 diagnosed last year were teenagers!!!

Same with perimenopause!!! more and more women under the age of 40 are becoming perimenopausal.

Perimenopause will cause all the symptoms you described and more!!!

Make an appointment with your doctors and find the cause of this. Yes, it is very very uncomfortable! So get thee to the doctors offices ASAP!!!

Your blood sugar could be causing this, yes. However, it would be helpful to know what your blood sugar low points are, as that would help identify whether you're just eating some of the wrong things, or whether your body isn't regulating your blood sugar properly.

While premature menopause is possible, it's rare. In the case of either, though, you should see a doctor.

Are you on any medication for diabetes, or just concerned about the possibility?

Hyperglycemia, Tachycardia (fast heart beat), Elevated Temperature. Signs of alcoholic consumption for a type 2 diabetic, assuming the cluster of symptoms are related.

Long shot, but hyperglycemia could induce ketoacidosis and affect some neurological function which could causes the tachycardia and increased temperature.

And finally, with just the information I have, a allergic reaction to something you ate. Any redness on the skin (besides the redness on your face from increased temperature)?

All I could think of...

I don't know your medical history but if the onset was rapid chances are it is not menopause, although early menopause does happen. It could be related to diabetes, high blood pressure, or hyperglycemia. See a doctor.

Go to your doctor and have yourself examined. You might have just eaten something by mistake that caused an episode.
