I have been suffering runny nose every day for the past 2 years, what are some ways to get rid of it? I thought i'd try asking you guys. I have tried going to the doctor, they give me nostril stuff and it does work, however i can't spend my money on that all the time.

Thank you in advance!

Make the connection.

No doctor will tell you this because it is so simple and yet so "not medical" but nonetheless it is VERY important. Also, patients as a whole like to walk out of a doctors office with a prescription for some magical medicine and many of these meds either do not work or cause other problems.

Chemicals are often the root of all evil when it comes to your health. If you use any of the below mentioned items it is common to have sinus, asthma and allergy problems amongst other health issues. Get rid of them and your lungs will thank you and you will breathe easier.

No Bounce or any other dryer sheets
No Febreeze
No Glade Plug-ins
No scented candles
No Perfumes
No Fragranced Products on Body, Hair or Clothing
No Smoke
No Dander
No Sprays

Sounds like you're allergic to something in the air (mold, mildew, pollen, smog, pet dander, etc,). Try taking a teaspoon of LOCAL honey each day. This will help your body develop immunities to all the air born irritants around you. Stay away from medications that dry you out. Dehydration is a real danger to internal organs and you won't notice until the damage is done. LOCAL honey has no side effects or long term damage problems, tastes good, is cheep and easy to come by. What do you have to loose?

Two years is an awful long time to have a runny nose.

You said you went to see a doctor. Did you try seeing an ENT (ear-nose-throat doctor)? Or perhaps an allergist?

Good luck!

Well the old wives tale would be that if it is clear and running it's allergies and if its running colors (i.e. green, yellow, etc.) its a sinus infection. Did you have allergy testing done?

Change things in your life, food you eat, soap, deodorant, perfume, blankets, clothes, etc, try to isolate the cause.
