He's not inclined to go back to the doctor for more drugs.

I have been constipated and have diarhea off and on for one year now. When I do poop regular it is ribbon like stool I often feel like I cant get all the poop out but there is nothing there to poop. I have gas and I"m bloated with abdominal cramps but only on the far right side and lower quadrant. I'm 34 yrs of age female. I have no other symptoms other than this poop problem and I have been dealing with Hemmoroids now to plus I have an fissure back there to that never heals. I went to the Doctor and he gave me tucks and suggested sitz bath but that hasnt helped my symptoms at all. Could there be a food allergy to gluten possibly?

I have been old by my doctor that i have a tension headache... that was 2 1/2 weeks ago..... and its still here, not all day but most of it... \
I have all the common symptoms, mild to moderate pain, insomnia, etc....
Im wondering if anyone else out there has had a tension headache last for so long....its starting to freak me out....
any relevant information would be great.... thanks

i've had 3 blood tests now and one was i cant remember, the second was 52 and the 3rd was 79 which is considered WAY TOO HIGH as the doc said it should be about 21.
I have no idea what these numbers mean but it seems with each blood test the results have fluctuated.
one of the docs said its all to do with the food i eat, what does this mean? oh she also asked me if i had been abroad refering to the food they have abroad i think.

My husband is a newly diagnosed diabetic and he is on coumadin or warfarin for life for a blood clotting disorder. Since he is eating better for his diabetes his INR- protime level has decreased to 1.3- I know that he is eating more vegis etc to help his diabetes- any one out there that has this same problem and if do you have any suggestions. Normally his pro-time INR- is between 2 and 3

Recently I went to the doctor and was told I have high blood pressure. She took a lot of blood and did various tests, and when the results came back, she said I am basically fine except for my HBP and that my liver seems to be producing too many enzymes. More blood tests over time have shown the same results.

Are there medical illnesses that can have the overproduction of liver enzymes as an early indication? My doctors are focusing only on the HBP and I can't get them to discuss the liver issue with me because it is not my "primary medical issue".

They tell me that my liver produces too many enzymes in an "Oh, by the way..." manner and leave it at that. I wish to know of any potential issues that could arrise with this symptom.

On a further note. I have also been diagnosed with gall stones and am scheduled to have my gall bladder removed. Don't know if that makes a difference, but figured I'd throw that in, just in case it does.

Even since I was a virgin I have had a lot of these white bumps on my scrotum, all different in size but no more than a couple millimeters in diameter. They are filled with a semi-solid white material like a pimple. My scrotum also itches a lot all the time and Im pretty sure its because of these bumps. Does anybody have any idea what this could be and how i could make these bumps go away.

he looks so rashed its scary and all doctors say is wait for it to run its course. This condition can last months. My sons house has several Black Widows. Is there a shot that my two year old granddaughter can get ahead of time in case she should get bit by one. The house has been sprayed by a pro, but we'd all feel better if she could get some type of early antidote. Thanks

She doesn't want to talk about it, but her family needs to know what she will be going through so we can be emotionally prepared. She seems to have little to no pain; has had a high colostomy to relieve strangulation of her intestine by the spreading tumor. Her main symptoms are a distended abdomen and she is very weak.

All the cancer sites online tell about treatments for fighting the disease, but none of them tell us about end of life issues when chemo and radiation are declined by the patient.

you see i got only been diverginize 5 months ago and during my first pap smear last sept. it came out fine or satisfactory, but out of it i got bacterial vaginosis only..however 2 weeks after that,during my follow up check they find out lesions in my cervix which is not present during the pap smear..meaning the virus got there so fast. now i was wondering where i got it, from my us army bf last year since hpv could lay dormant right? but we only do some oral sex and deep kissing or to my recent bf who diverginize me this year? how come during the papsmear they havent seen it but then been visible in my cervix after few weeks? please enlighten me..

I've had diabetes for about a year now. I've quit alcohole altogether and now looking to further things.

Alcohole was one of the easy ones, but I know what I need to face will be hard. Oh, well, I geuss it needs to be done either way.

I just went to my doctor about a rash around my waist area and he diagnosed it as shingles. However, there is no pain involved, just itchiness. I told him that but he seemed to think it was still shingles. I've checked everywhere online and it seems that pain usually always comes before the rash, which I got a few days ago. Is it possible that the pain will come later or has my doctor misdiagnosed me?
