an anxiety attack will usually accelerate your heart rate.

i have the symptoms you mention if i drink caffeine, if i have a reaction to the chemicals in food or if i am ovulating or in the last part of the cycle.

i would go for a check up as it sounds like you could have a heart murmur, if not it's either something above or quite possibly even something like indigestion or stress.

i am currently suffering with palpitations, i am being treated for it with beta blockers, but this is because i have a very fast heart rate with it. yours sounds like anxiety to me as your heart rate is normal but if your heart rate increases i would advise you to get it checked out x

It could be anxiety or a reaction from a medication that you're taking( if you're taking anything). To be sure, I'd go to your doctor. They can tell you for sure what's going on.
