i think yes because they don't know of the risks involved with having unprotected sex and they don't seam to educate themselves about the ways they can get stds. and they think that they will never get an std or they think that it won't happen to them because they are someone who doesn't sleep around. if they have unprotected sex they put themselves at risk for stds and stis no matter what kind of person they are.

Since sex is pretty much in the open and teens are on the prowl, having many sexual partners, they're most likely to spread ST D's than anyone.

No, people who do stupid things and have unprotected sex have a higher risk of STDs. That can be anybody.
