For a while already, I've been hiding from my parents, how sick I really feel.... after battling anorexia and bulemia several times, I feel very sick, I have trouble, sleeeeping, talking, moving, and espeically eating. I'm afraid theres nothing doctors can do. The pain I feel is in my upper stomach/intestines, ocaasioanlly I feel nautious, I wonder whta the problem is and if I'm gonna live

A little burn caused my skin to peel. there was dried blood under my skin, but that came off too. Its an open wound, so what can i do to prevent scarring?

This is the strory:
a pimple on my nose got rubbed against and poped. the blood seemed to have spread underneath the skin, causing a scar. Few days later, the top skin layer seemed to peel off leaving an open wound, not to deep. Then the skin healed, leaving a dark coloured scar. Dried up blood has been peeling off as well but left behind a huge, noticeable scar. What can i do about this? and if the skin peels again, what can i do to the peeled skin, that isnt so deep, to prevent future scarring?

i ask that because i have heard that the herpes virus is defeated by our immune system, but the virus is very small and has the ability to hid in the nerve cells in the spine, and the white blood cells cant get to them there, until there is a stress reaction that causes them to come out.

Were else does the herpes virus hide?

My wife and I know a girl that is 5 months pregnant and suffering seizures. She is taking the word of her OBGYN that it is merely diabetic seizures and that there is no harm. He doesn't have her tested and she takes his word for it. We are telling her that she needs to see a real neurologist (I have seizures) and not someone who has no experience in this field.
She's trying to tell us that her having seizures will not hurt that baby in the slightest. Somebody out there tell us every hazard possible that this baby will and can suffer as a direct result of her neglecting to see a neurologist.

I am a 20yr old female. I have a fast heart rate all of the time. My cardiologist who im seeing now trys a different pill every time i go see him. I have symptoms that go along with the fast heart rate such as: passing out, palpitations, chest pain, and lightheadedness. Out of about 3 different ones, nothing has helped and the symptoms persist and some have even gotten worse such as the chest pain and palpatations. Has anyone else had this problem or knows of someone who had this problem? Im just frustrated becuase nothing seems to be working

I found out I had genital herpes in January. My boyfriend got a blood test and he tested negative. I must have gotten it from a previous partner. My boyfriend was very supportive about the disease and we were careful so he never contracted it. Recently, we broke up (not because of the disease). I'm sure I'm not ready to start dating again yet, but when I am I'm not sure how to go about it. I know I have to tell my partners and I will continue to be careful. Can I date those who don't have herpes? Will they be willing to date me? Help!

My mom has these bags under her eyes and she says they kinda itch and burn (sorry if this sounds gross to you) Her skin under her eyes is also swollen and red. I am worried about her but she will never go to the doctor. They have been there for a long time now. Do any of you guys know what it could be and what she can do to get rid of them? And could an inadequate amount of sleep be the problem? (She works a night job so she doesn't get much sleep sometimes)

My all time favorites are : "The Green Apple Two Step" and "Down-Chucking"
My son was 10 & said that if you puke it's called "up-chucking' so if you have the "bad poops" it should be "Down- Chucking".

I only ask this because last night someone posted a question about other words, etc for vomitting.

i always go outside my backyard to play tag football or volleyball and its usually hot and very sunny. i put on lots of sunscreen and i get darker each day. i spend about an hour and a half outside. is this ok, is it unhealthy?!

HPV. I have genital warts on my penis and i am still a virgin. I have never had sexual inter-course. I don't know how I got these warts on my penis. Can someone please help me out here. How did I get it?

And have developed ear problems. It is almost like after leaving a concert and your ears are ringing, but no where near as bad. it is a constant now. Has anyone out there started having problems with their ears after starting use of the cpap machine? If so, did you end up going to an ent or back to the sleep doctor? I'm 16 years old. Sometimes I have a strong heart beat .it scares me. it's one beat who is unlike the other beats n it's really strong , it comes suddenly and I think that it may be a heart attack .That beat comes when I'm stressed and I get it even when I'm normal.I have that sometimes once in 1 month and I went to the doctor and he said that my heart is fine .is anyone having the same problem as me ?can anyone tell me what that strong n strange beat mean?

Hi everyone~ So, I'm a bit embarrassed to um say this but today I had several bowel movements and the last few were blue. I'm not talking like deep blue and no I haven't eaten any blue foods (or anything with blue dye) in recent days. It was actually more of a blue green and very loose with a mucus-like consistency.
HELP. Am I shitting out the lining of my intestine or something like that?!
Any SERIOUS ANSWER would be greatly appreciated! (ie NOT "wow yours is blue...that's cool!") Yeahhh no.

ps I have intestinal problems normally (nothing officially diagnosed) and I've pretty much seen everything in that toilet bowl but never this.

My husband is aware that he has a body odor, it secretes through his sweat glands and it seems to be coming from internal and not external.The WHOLE upstairs of our house smells like him. Its a pretty foul odor and sometimes I cant stomach it. I love him with all my heart and soul but he prefers a body pouff over a washcloth and he doesnt scrub, he only wipes the soap gently over his body. How can I tell him that we need to cure the odor and he needs to wash vigorously with a washcloth and get rid of it.
What can I do, lastnight we were outside with the neighbors and I could smell him blowing in the air; so I know they could smell him. Hes the kinda guy you cant level with; he will blow up with rage and anger if I confront him and his feelings are hurt easily so whats another way to bring this to attention and a cure!!!???
