How old are you? I'm 22 and I haven't really told my parents. But I am seeing a doctor and there is medication that helps. I didn't think there was anything either. My doctor didn't think i was sick or nuts, she just gave me medication and helped out. I am over it and right now I have the same problem and think I have an ulcer. The best thing is to tell a doctor. and start small, tell one person and work your way up to telling more. It is up to you, you don't have to tell anyone.

You should make an appointment with your doctor right away. Or at least try to check your self into rehab. Not to worry you but your intestines could possibly be shuttong down. 9 out of 10 people usually survive an eating disorder. But i think in a few more years it will go down to 8 out of 10. So i advise you to seek help. Also your doctor can't tell your parents anything unless you allow him to. So you shouldn't worry about your doctor telling your parents. Hope i helped!!!

Why are you afraid that the doctors can't do anything? Have you actually seen any? You're making this worse than it is. You need to tell your parents and then see a doctor. If the first doctor doesn't know, find another, as you may need someone who specializes in eating disorders.

Tell your parents and go see a psychiatrist. There is a lot of help for these types of issues and there is absolutely nothing to be ashamed of.

The doctor can help with getting you on some medications and get you into to some therapy to help resolve the problems. As a parent, I have helped one of my children through some rough times and I know no matter what happens, your parents will be there for you. Your parents may have their problems and need to get some therapy for themselves and may need to make some changes in order to help, but it will all take time.

The first step is for you to speak up and take that bold step and tell your parents about your problems and that you need some help.

Speaking out takes a lot of courage and shows your desire for help. Doing so here is a sign that you want help. Don't be afraid. Go for it.

you should at least see a doctor on your own. You probably have ulcers or something from the acid in the throw up. If you can't tell your family, just go and see what's wrong. There isn't too much nowadays that they can't fix. (except the major stuff) YOU WILL HAVE TO STOP WITH THE EATING DISORDERS TO GET BETTER..

The only way to determine if there's anything doctors can do is to see one. If you have a medical plan to be able to see a specialist, you should see a gastroenterologist. Please take care to note your symptoms in detail: Keep a diary. The more information you have when you see the doctor, the more empowered you all are to find a solution.

I wish you the best of luck . . .

Yes, tell your parents immediately!!!
It is probably something very simple and minor, but you need to be checked by your doctor.
Your parents love you and I am sure they would want to be there for you to help & support you through this time.
Best wishes hun! ♥

nine times out of ten a doctor will be able to cure you..help you..or prescribe you with sumfin. i would strongly advise you go to the doctor. don't be afraid to because they won't hurt you..they're just trying to help. if it's not AIDS or sumfin--and we all know that it probably isn't--the doctor should have a cure and what not.

just go plz
AFTER that...it's parent talk time. they don't have to know, they need to know.
