What kind of ear infections? Infections of the earlobe where the piercing is? If so, then probably you can if you arent cleaing the earrings first. If you are talking about sharing earrings with someone who has frequent middle or inner ear infections and you are cleaning the jewelry well, then, no, you cannot.

I suppose it depends on whether the bacteria from the ear infections gets on the earrings and whether the bacteria from the earrings then gets into your ear. Bacteria don't survive well on metal, so if they're metal earrings I suspect you're going to be okay. But you could always disinfect the earrings before using them by washing them with rubbing alcohol, for example.

It depends. Ear infections can be inside or outside. Middle ear infections are not contagious at all...however, if the ear lobe is infected it is possible, especially if the earing wasn't cleaned beforehand.

well r u talkin about inner ear infections or infections at the site of the earrings/piercings?

Inner ear infections are not contagious
if he/she has infections at the site of the piercing(s) then it is possible to transmit infections- it is best if you share earrinigs to cleanse them in either peroxide or alcohol prior to using them in your own ears-
