I know that lettuce, cukies, (cucumbers), mushrooms, and celery are considered to be "free" that is sugar free..mostly water based..but, what else is out there...we diabetics have to be really, really careful!!

If you know of a web site with the "correct free" diabetic veggies or fruits...please send it to me!!

Hello, I am so so scared at the moment.I had unprotected sex with a bouncer and now I am so scared that I could have caught diseases. Especially HIV? I have been having a sore throat and my hands have that "pins and needles" feeling in them. I am taking a trip down to the GU clinic on Monday but wondered if anyone could put my mind at risk. I have slept with 10 people and used protection. I know i never had anything before having un-protected sex. I cant think straight. I just wondered if anybody would be able to tell me what my chances are in getting HIV? Please help

Went in with side pain in my lower abdomen with lots of rectal bleeding too have got to go for a barium small bowel x ray .
Next also they took a few cold biopsy's too.
Can you help me! what are aphthous ulcers? all i have found on them are that they are found in the mouth thats all which is no help.

it says that all living things has its own capabilities that can be useful to human being...then why is it a small mosquito can kill a large human only in days if not treated..can you please tell me the things that mosquito can do that cant harm human?

Hopefully It's not anything other than poor diet etc. The accu chek I am using to monitor my mg level is an accu chek active. I am 42 btw

I am having my third implant put into my back to stimulate the area around my bladder to have the urge to urinate on my own, instead of using catheters all the time. I am also having strange weakness in my hands, legs, plus many memory issues. I fall and lose my balance all the time. Why is it so hard to get help? I feel like I am alone in this, all my health care people either have no clue or they are just sick of dealing with my issues. I try to deal with it but I also worry is this something my young adult children might develop as well as they grow.
