I had my wisdom teeth removed about a week ago, still a little bit of pain going on. But I was wondering if it would hurt anything to use my whitening strips on my teeth or if I should wait til my gums heal completely?

I've tried Crest premium whitestrips and after using them my teeth hurt TERRIBLY bad for nearly 24 horus feeling extremely sensative. I want to know if theres anything out there thats safe for my teeth and will get the job done without going to the dentist or anything. I'm talking about getting something over the counter.

How do you know if your tooth is dead or alive?
I have this molar that has had 3 UNSUCCESSFUL fillings and just a couple days ago, pieces of the tooth started falling out (little pieces) and tonight, 2 pieces of the filling I guess came out (they were black though.) Even before the pieces of tooth and filling fell out, the tooth looked pretty black. It doesn't hurt either and didn't when this stuff fell out of it.

There's a young lady on my job whose very friendly and a outgoing person. She loves to talk to others and laugh and have a good time whenever we can. The only probably is her breath is horrible (early in the morning). It smells like she bypass the toothbrush and toothpaste in the morning. One day she was sitting across from me with her mouth closed and the smell was so terrible. Whenever I have peppermint or gum, I offer it to her and she takes it but it doesn't do much good. As I look at her teeth, it appears that she does not brush her teeth everyday because most days they are very yellow and there are a very few days her teeth are clean. I enjoy talking to her but don't want to hurt her feelings. I hate to be rude but I just don't know how to tell her that her breath smells or just don't say anything at all. Any suggestions?
