Anyone ever had solid, yellowish stuff come from their throat? It has kind of a bad smell to it, also. What is it?

Yes. You could have cryptic tonsils which collect food debri which forms yellowish granule. Generally they dont get better. I messed with them for about 5-6 years before I decided to have my tonsil taken out. I would recommend not waiting that long. Go see a ENT (Ear, Nose & Throat) specialist.

Most people do at some time or another, it is bacteria build up or something like that. Cats get hair balls we get solid yellow crap.

Do u have extra holes in your ears? Like right above the your ear hole?
