My jaw hurts really bad. Both top and bottom, and mostly in the back. Could this be my wisdom teeth coming in?

Smarts! Get it? Wisdom teeth? Smarts? Oh...never mind!
Many people's wisdom teeth don't really "come in", if you have pain--see your dentist. Did your dentist ever mention whether or not you have room for these teeth? If you do then that's great....but they will be sore whilst growing in.

IF you are having pain in both jaws -- go make an emergency appointment with your dentist right now -- because ... I did have pain -- and ALL of my Wisdom teeth were IMPACTED (not growing properly) and were damaging the roots of the nearest molars on ALL 4 Locations!
At that point, I needed Emergency Surgery to REMOVE these Impacted Wisdom Teeth so that I would not lose just the Wisdom teeth, but the 4 molars nearest them too.

It sure could be your wisdom teeth. Pain is not exactly a normal part of getting your wisdom teeth, though. I would go get x-rays soon!

how old are you first? if you are in 17-21 y/0,maybe..what you felt are the symptoms of soon to be erupthing wisdom teeth..but sometimes that feeling may occur also in some pathological diseases in our jaws like odontogenic cyst,ameloblastoma,etc.. that you can be seen only in X-rays(panoramic radiograph,cephalometric rad..etc)and some tests. to just to be sure visit your nearest dentist/oralmaxillofacial surgeon to check your mouth clinically and get x-rays if needed..

Yeh it sounds like the pain i had with my wisdom teeth...they KILLED!
