I just dewveloped a bump in the inside of my mouth, high by the cheek. Its definitly not a canker sore, its sticking out, kinda like i bit my cheek really hard, but i didnt bite my check i just noticed it.
Anyone have any idea what the hell it is, its gross and freaking me out!!

It might be a blocked mucous duct. It is probably nothing but if it doesn't go away see someone about it, because it could be something more serious.

This almost sounds like a enlarged saliva duct. Check the bump and see if it has a round hole near the center of it. If so, then it's probably your saliva duct that are found in that area. This should clear up in a few days, rinse with warm salt water and be sure to eat mild foods. If it doesn't go away in about 4 or 5 days, visit your dentist and have them look at it for you . Inside white head with puss ate something your body didn't like so Its defense is to send Whit blood cell to fight it drink a large glass of your favorite wine swish then swall that should clear it up over nite...have any pets that kiss you on the mouth could also be ring worm sorry ...Drink two glasses of wine

I agree with Lissy. Check your other cheek and see if you see something similar. It might not be enlarged, though, since you didn't bite that side. Yet.

It is a blocked gland-it should go away in less than 2 weeks on its own.

cold sore..try oragel is that's how ya spell it. it numbs away the pain
don't bite it
